The service

Abacus provides a developer API as described on the product page, billed monthly per the pricing page. Plans, quotas, and overage behavior stated on the pricing page are part of these terms.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content or activity; no spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• No probing other customers' data, no credential sharing outside your team seats.
• No reselling API access except where your plan explicitly allows it.

Billing

Subscriptions are monthly, USD, via Stripe. Cancel anytime — service continues to the end of the paid period. 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions.

Availability

We target the uptime appropriate to your tier but make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. The Scale tier’s 99.95% figure on the pricing page is a stated target, not an SLA, while the service is pre-launch and unmeasured. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.

Changes

We'll post material changes here and notify paying customers by email at least 14 days in advance.
